<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/904151"><b>hdman</b></A> : OK, so ATT hits the big cities in Wisconsin like Milwaukee, Madison, Appleton, etc. where there is already MANY ISP's who service the area.  Then they completely IGNORE the rural customers who can only have AT&T's copper phone service, no DSL, 20k dial up at best, etc.<br><br>HEY AT&T!!  Here's a thought, pop up some POPS in the rural areas!!  NOBODY would complain about the boxes, and in fact, many of us will GIVE you the land to place them!!
