| ISP not keeping up. Living in the country and having a cable modem service provided by Suddenlink, I've had little success at streaming my Netflix movies through my XBOX 360 these past two weeks. I subscribe to the 2 Mbps download service and I can watch the first 10 minutes of a show without any problems. After that though, Suddenlink throttles my download speed to 300 kbps making any viewing impossible.
After spending 3 hours on the phone today with Suddenlink, they have confirmed that they throttle the speed when someone is downloading too much.
Would love to find a company with a consistent, uninterrupted download speed.  |
