From what I've read, the Aspire One's have a port on the bottom for the card. No need to disassemble it completely like you have to for a RAM upgrade...
The card itself should easily come out. However the SIM holder is separate and you would need an antenna in the other laptop if you wanted to use the card internally. Neither should be a big deal to add - but it's not going to be plug-n-play.

What I'm more interested in - is adding 3G to a non-3G Aspire One, which is apparently possible.
