| I would like to pay online too. I have never had a problem getting through on the phone. The CSRs are always pleasant and I never recall waiting more than 60 seconds.
The colors remind me of the the Swedish flag. |

I use my bank's online bill pay, which then mails a check to GWI. At least it saves me the cost of writing a check and mailing it. |

Something that has always bothered me is, gwi.net does not point to www.gwi.net. I think a lot of people tend not to type www.
Would love to be able to pay my bill online like others have mentioned. Would also like to be able to add/remove email accounts online as well.
New page looks a lot better. Glad to see the broking drop down menu gone. Was always a pain to visit your site in firefox. |
