I think I still will, but I'll be damned if AT&T is getting another $60 (Well, $54 - I get 10% off) out of my $120/mo bill already.
That $120 covers two lines, 1400 minutes, unlimited txt and internet. A bluetooth adapter is what, $5 now?
No thanks...i'll just buy one and tether it to my phone when I need to. |

 | And hope they don't catch you tethering on a non authorized data plan. i would rather not be cheep and be within my tos. |

 | Radioshack is going to be one selling these laptops. Found out today when I stop in to switch my phones. |

 | reply to fcisler im not calling you cheep its just that the policy is what it is. if you don't like it you have every right not to purchase the service.
but...
don't complain when/if AT&T cuts off your service or charges you more for violation of the tos.
go look at all the other providers data card plans you will see they fall right in line with AT&T. i cant blame them for charging what the market will handle. |

So, if you are going to sign up anyhow, why not get a subsidized netbook out of it?? makes sense to me. |
