| Re: DSL modem for Qwest DSL?? Considering my options... For what it's worth, I have an Arescom modem working on Qwest DSL. There's a program called "NetDSL Manager" floating around on the internets, which allows you to connect directly to your modem and adjust the VPI and VCI settings, which is what I did when I switched from Earthlink to ISOMEDIA (which uses Qwest DSL lines).
I've since switched over to Qwest DSL and am still using the same old Arescom NetDSL modem with no problems whatsoever (hell, it works even better than the Motorola 3347 modem I got from Qwest, which drops the connection all the time.) |
