im not calling you cheep its just that the policy is what it is. if you don't like it you have every right not to purchase the service.
but...
don't complain when/if AT&T cuts off your service or charges you more for violation of the tos.
go look at all the other providers data card plans you will see they fall right in line with AT&T. i cant blame them for charging what the market will handle.
