I just upgraded to the covad 8 mbps and want to know how far i am since it is an adsl2 + ???? account...and as of current time i have no voip working...just a busy tone...on top of everything i am getting no more than 1.6 mbps but the upload has doubled.. How is at fault and who do i need to "convince" to get this thing working properly!
That's easy to answer. Who is your ISP? The people that you are paying are the people that are responsible for setting up everything.
