<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/993987"><b>dynodb</b></A> : If you're using a wireless router, first try plugging a PC directly into the modem via ethernet and retest- wireless issues often do cause low throughput.<br><br>If everything there is OK, and your stats (snr, errors, etc) are ok, call back and ask if there's evidence of congestion on the path- with the growth in subscribers and utilization per subscriber constantly rising, it happens.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : I upgraded to 7 Mbs service, but speeettest.net and qwest's own speed test only show 3.5 Mbs download with a 70ms <br><br>My modem (Netgear DG 834) shows 7168 kbps<br><br>The Chat CSR said that the connection was fine, and my firewall or wireless router were slowing me down.<br><br>What's the real story here?]]></description>
