If you have the MSN version of the Arescom, then the NetDSL Manager is not much help. But the MSN version should already have the correct VPI and VCI. And I was able to call Qwest tech support and get the tech to put in the correct login and password. Which should be all that is needed to get the MSN modem to work with Qwest.
