Yes, I've been following that thread, and speeds are starting to come back apparently.

But anyways, I did call them and they said they do not offer cable in majority of Mississauga, if not all (he checked it based on my postal code). The same applies to DSL in Mississauga as well. The person didn't know why this is, or for how long.
