SMC7400ABR Com Port Speed

Is there any way to manually set the speed? In the graphical interface, all I see is a way to set the MTU value. Other routers (such as the Compex NetPassage 16-A and Netgear FVS338) provide a port speed setting feature (either in the graphical interface or through telnet). So far as I can determine, the 7400ABR has no telnet capabilities.
