smithduluth : I would call them... I had a 2 year agreement for Qwest Platinum which gave me an $18 promo discount plus $2 for .15 per minute long distance. I just have basic pots service. My bill went up $20 when the promotion expired. I called and they said "oh yeah, you should have been given the price for life guarantee discount, we will credit your account the $20 and give you a $20 discount each month". I'm waiting to see my bill next month to see if I actually get what they promised...

travelguy : I've been on a 12 month promo that knocked $12/month off the list price of $49.99 for 1.5MBps dry line DSL (which adds $5). I've just received my 12th monthly bill. What are my options at this point?

I expect to have to stay with Qwest as cable is not available. I'd prefer not to sign a contract. Higher speeds are not offered at this time in this area.

Thank you for any suggestions!
