Re: Promo Expiring: What Now? I would call them... I had a 2 year agreement for Qwest Platinum which gave me an $18 promo discount plus $2 for .15 per minute long distance. I just have basic pots service. My bill went up $20 when the promotion expired. I called and they said "oh yeah, you should have been given the price for life guarantee discount, we will credit your account the $20 and give you a $20 discount each month". I'm waiting to see my bill next month to see if I actually get what they promised... |
