these idiots need to understand the impact of their actions. go and educate your @sses for a change. I agree that taxation is helping fund the services but why tax instant messaging?

To clarify, I don't see anything about instant messaging (which typically means an Internet-based protocol like ICQ) except in the original BroadbandReports post. The tax is apparently expanded to include TEXT (SMS) messaging via cell phones.
