| canon FS100 software crashing
i just baught a canon fs100, installed all the software, made a test movie, followd ALL the directions for the software. but the dang software keeps crashing, it either crashs when it trys to read the camera, or crashs when it trys to transfer video if it even sees the video! ive tryd to manuall transfer the data from the camera but every double click on a folder ends up takeing a whole minute or more to load the folder and eventually explorer crash's..

| well i feel like an idiot. after trying every thing i could i got digusted and was ready to pack the thing up and send it back. untill i got to thinking. i was using the ports on the front of the system, so i unhookd something from the back, plugd in the camera, and sure enough, it workd like a champ. |
