<description><![CDATA[Prespd posted : I lost my RR connection in San Diego, not part of the SoCal network late at night say between 11PM-2AM.  Finally gave up and went to sleep.  Next morning it was back up.  So at least part of the SD area was affected, and we have lots of people down here.  ]]></description>
