Yeah it's a Firefox ripoff that even uses Firefoxs add-ons.
Personally i think it needs more work, i can't customize it like i do with Firefox and Opera. These five tabs ( email, social Networks, share, most shared, video and give back) i can't find any way of getting them off. |

Personally i think it needs more work, i can't customize it like i do with Firefox and Opera. These (and other) are items probably hard coded in Blackbird to provide the "features" explained at Discover Blackbird page.
"Blackbird provides African Americans with easy access to advanced features and services, greater visibility and access to hard-to-find African-American online content and a platform for sharing their entire internet experience on the web."
At the home page it does note it as a "BETA".
Kind of interesting in a way giving that Firefox previous name was Firebird. |
