logiciel de consommation

bonjour

je possédais autrefois un logiciel qui regardait a partir du serveur de videotron et de mon code la bande passante de ce moment et je choississais ma limite, exemple extreme haute vitesse a 100gb combiné donc quand je le dépassais ca se mettait en rouge.

Vous auriez un idée du nom de ce logiciel ?
Ou d'autres semblable.
