Ethrem, any idea why DOCSIS 2 disappeared in the Parker area? We were screaming along with the crazy fast powerboosted upstream with D2/QAM64 for a while, and now we're back to D1.x, QAM16, and no PB upstream... |

Some areas had to be backed down to 16QAM because of poor plant health (it was causing a large increase in truck rolls.) There are plans to return to 64QAM but only after the plant has been swept and deemed ready.
You should still be receiving upstream powerboost, although it might not be quite as high as it was before. |
