zskyline Premium join:2007-01-20 Braintree, MA	[Speed] Docsis 3.0 Modem coming Moday. Anyone been thru the inst Ordered the new Comcast Docsis 3.0 50/10 Tier. I currently have Blast! with a Arris eMTA 502G. The install is Monday. Anyone gone through the process? I assume they will take the feed to the Arris, split it and the "HSI" portion of the eMTA will stop working, and be used 100% for phone and the Cisco or Motorola modem will drive the 3.0 - Do I need to adjust MTU etc etc?

KYL join:2007-03-07 Wilsonville, OR	reply to zskyline All new D3 tiers 50/10 and soon to be Ultra (22/5) new installs will probably have the Motorola 6120 to be installed. »www.motorola.com/Business/US-EN/···20_US-EN Our eastside market already has 50 of these 6120's in, hot roll out on Tuesday... Otherwise if anyone is upgrading to the 22/5, any D2 compatible modem will be just fine.
