| Ha, not a suprise I've had their service for 10 years and they are without doubt the worst company I have ever had to do business with. They are completely non-responsive to problems, they offer terrible service and they have no customer service whatsoever. Our local government is bombarded with complaints about their service every year.
Their answer is raise their prices every year, while cutting basic services and channels and moving them to a higher tier. |
