Madison, WI | Noooo! I love Charter. I have the triple play. My internet has been rock solid for years. When I've had a problem, they send a tech the next day. They won't turn over your personal info to law enforcement without a subpoena. They don't throttle. Doesn't feel like a long wait for upgrades to speed or TV services. Always get a new deal when the old deal is up. The only major problem I've had was when their phone service first came to Madison, WI.
After reading about all the complaints with other providers, I can't stand the thought of using any other company. I refuse to ever deal with ATT (bleep them!) again.
If I had the $, I would buy Charter, streamline the offerings, simplify the billing, and give more power to the engineers.
This is not news I enjoy waking up to.  |
