| Not surprised at all... Here is a company that allows its construction managers to run .5 miles of cable from both ends of a short road towards the middle. BOTH cables go past empty fields right up to where the houses start....then BOTH cables END.
Yep, these morons left ALL of the homes in the middle without service, get provided service to several corn fields along the way.
In my opinion, this company deserves to go bankrupt and hopefully PURCHASED by some company who knows how to actually provide service....
Good ridance Charter...don't let the door hit you....

| Actually, in this area, Time Warner is doing a great job, but have stayed out of areas that Charter controls. It would be GREAT to see TWC buy the local Charter networks actually.
Either way, Charter needs to die a QUICK death, at least locally here. They suck. |

| Let me see.....the best we can get is EVDO...which is about 500 down, 128up. At those speeds, how long would it take to DL 40G??!?!?! You see it all depends on your perspective....I would use about 4GB per month max. We are the average users....so, no, the cap would not bother us... |
