i prefer fios or cable better upload speed and lower price as well 10/1 is pretty bad already... 20/1,30/1,50/1,100/1???

Problem is Qwest is not, or have not, been as well off as others like Verizon. In addition, Qwest has a lot of rural territory when compared to others. |
