Cheyenne, WY | I am doing perfectly legal bit torrent downloads of documentary TV shows from Great Britain, I watch such programs shortly after they air so it is kind of like a internet DVR. I am now able to get them in HD with an hour long shows going about 2.5 gigs With My Qwest DSL connection I can download these shows in less the 2 hours, sometime much less. limits such as this would impact me badly. With something like this I would feel like the baby thrown out with the bath water.
