 Charge for Box Delivery?

Re:Toms River NJ area I want to exchange my HD box for one with a DVR. Will Comcast deliver & install at no charge, or do I have to go to the office to exchange & pick it up?

I did the same thing, essentially a month ago and there was no charge to swap a box.

I was not charged - I was given the option to pick up or have it shipped.

Yes...there will be no charges if u can get one exchange at their office. But if u want them to ship to u...they 'll includes the old boxes rental till u return it. They can claim that they do not have one in stock at your local office and have one ship to u from anywhere from CA like mine which took a week to get here by UPS ground. And they charges me for the rental and I had to dispute it with their Corporate office in DE.
