Re: handset upgrade fee... I doubt it... it will just be passed off as another fee, or rate increase somewhere (sms costs fractions of a penny, yet people are charged up to $0.25/message ).
I think they'll just bury it in the cost of the handset. |

$0.25 to send then another $0.25 to receive!
