| Good! It's been several months since I upgraded. But when I did I went into a T-Mobile Store, added T-Mobile@Home, purchased the necessary router, then got a new handset per my two year upgrade contract.
I was confused by the charge and even the initial customer service rep's I spoke to could not explain it to me.
Once someone explained what it was I was pissed and considered not renewing in the future.
I must say, other than this T-Mobile has been an excellent cellular company in my area for the past 5 years. |
