2 edits | Getting Away With it. If the response I've received about the monthly caps in addition to the speed caps you already pay for is any indicator of personal interest in such a plan then it will probably become law in the next year or sooner.
I'm noticing either not a lot of people really give a damn about what their ISP's are doing to their accounts regardless of complaints or attempts to prevent it. So it's probably not gonna be much different with this scenario.
