It's as if 90% of the people who gripe and complain about U-verse complain just because it's cool to bash the product. Bash it with no real basis. What they think is a real problem is simply personal preference. It doesn't cater to everyone, especially the technophiles. I'm all for putting newer technologies into play, and bringing the US to the forefront in the technology field, but, it's just ridiculous at this point. For the price and what you get, U-verse is an amazing product at an even more amazing price and that's what makes it so successful.

You have me all wrong Ima, I never said U-Verse was a Failure just the wrong decision. I'm an x-Telco Guy too, I retired from PacBell, but I don't consider myself a BellHead. That's what I use to call the old AT&T Management School of Thought. They tend to drag their feet, have a bunch of meetings, run long tests, and then come up with Obsolete Ideas. Yes I'm a Telco Tech Guy, I worked my way up from Operations to a Service Manager working with Marketing. I believe Pacific Bell, with the help of Al Gore, invented the Internet. I just feel AT&T took the Company in the wrong direction and they will suffer for it in the long run. |
