every time it rains here where i live, the DSL gets very slow. it is not an inside wiring problem because the lines are new and i check all connections in side if they were getting wet but none are. the phone works fine, no static at all. the rain just affects the dsl only. Some times it does get really bad that I can not maintain an incoming radio stream of 128kbps
