Do I see four VRADs (three big, one small) and an RT? That's an impressive stand of equipment.
It serves so many homes Its not funny. Most of the people around here would would most likely die if a VRAD popped up in front of their homes, so I guess they put all the big telephone equipment in an isolated area. But it's right off the main road, most people don't pay attention like they would in neighborhoods.
