Okay I've tried to keep my cool over this but I'm very annoyed. Verizon for yet another month as managed to screw up my bill. I had the free month of the movie package and cancelled it before I should have been charged for it.
For the bill dated November they charged me for the free month but credited it but went ahead and charged me for the following month. Also, I was charged for two cablecards that I returned using their return label when I got my HMDVR.
For the December bill which posted today they mangled it up. First, no credit for the $30 movie package when I cancelled it before I would have been charged for it 2) charged me $7.98 for two cablecards which were returned more than a month ago.
Its funny you cancel a service which should decrease your bill $30 but they still managed to charge you the same dang amount.
I'm calling Comcast later day. At least Comcast gives me a one page bill and doesn't fangle it up. |

@verizon.net | Called Verizon today and the CSR issued me a $30 credit. My bill is $77.89 for Extreme Pkg + 20/5 Internet + POTS.
Verizon made my XMAS and will stay with them.

| Verizon billing is exasperating. It took several months and a letter to my state's public utilities commission to get it straightened out, but once it was stabilized, it has remained stable. I tempted the fates a few months ago to upgrade to Extreme HD, and they did it right, my bill is still stable, though now $15 a month less. Don't know why, won't tempt the fates again to ask! And I won't touch it again until the contract is up and we renegotiate the terms and conditions of our continued relationship. |
