Genachowski came to the Commission in 1994 as Special Counsel to General Counsel William E. Kennard. He became Counsel to Chairman Hundt in March 1995 and Chief Counsel to the Chairman in December 1996.

| Sounds like he will be anti-telco/pro-CLEC/socialism/nationalizing/forfeiture, and will probably be bribed up by cable cos with a face of "supporting competition". I'm not sure if the Telecom Act 1996/what made CLECs, was Clinton's making, or Congress's making. |
