Hi. My wife did some investigation yesterday, called verizon which told here our carrier is LEVEL3 communication in Colorado, she called them and they did say they carry numbers in the 845 area code BUT could not investigate this without a ticket # from Teleblend (apparently different number than teleblends ticket #). She then called teleblend Who told her that LEVEL3 is NOT the carrier , it's verizon?? My wife is getting extremely angry as this is now approaching 1 month without incoming calls. Please keep me posted thanks John

I have someone investigating it with the carrier. We should have an answer about what is going on with it soon.

John-

I apologize for the confusion, but your number is having a problem with the carrier. I sent out a response to your ticket early in the morning yesterday. The reason why you received a call was that the call came from a TeleBlend customer so it is considered in-network. If it was not a carrier issue, then it would have been that you were unable to get any calls both in-network and off-network people. I apologize for the confusion, a new device is not going to be necessary. I am in constant communication with the carrier and they are looking to get it fixed, and then will look at what happened so they don't have this problem in the future.

Hi, I have teleblend since switching over from sunrocket. All woked fine untill last monday (12/15) now I can not recieve and phone calls only make outgoing calls. When I call in I either receive a disconnect or some times a busy signal. I normally run behind a router , But I have connected directly to the Gizmo with the same results. I opened a ticket ( Ticket ID #: 310642 ) but have yet to have this resolved last tech said it is on there end. Any additional help would be appreciated , I log on to account and it does show onlt outgoing calls and does NOT list any incoming or missed calls since the 15th also , thanks John
