The price structure I have seen for U-VERSE does not look competitive with my current cable provider.

Cleveland, OH		 same here after sitting and reviewing everything cent by cent.

And the $5 after the first TV and that alone will kill you if you have more than 2 TVs let alone add the price of the 'Net.
