It was the darn PSU!

Finally found the problems to all my crashing and it seems like Mchart turned out to be the man yet again! Everyone except you told me it was something else aside from the PSU, and I believed them and nothing solved this problem until I got sick and replaced this PSU with the Thermaltake 650W and now it all works fine, not had a single crash since. Here's my updated specs:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.0 GHz
RAM: Kingston 4 GB (2 GB x2)
GPU: PowerColor ATI Radeon HD 4870 1 GB
Mainboard: Asus P5Q
HDD: Seagate 500 GB (32MB)
PSU: Thermaltake 650W
Case: Thermaltake M9D

Thanks to Mchart, aflac, TheFlash, and everyone else who tried to help me.
