If I'm charged an extra $5-10 per month I'm going to pirate.

If I'm forced to buy music I don't want per month then rest assured that I will pirate the music and movies that I'm paying for with the "broadband tax". No way in hell I should be forced to pay a bill for services I didn't request. If forced to pay then the **AA better leave pirates alone because pirates would then be paying customers.

Yeah unfortunately there isn't much that I'd want to pirate. Also, the payments won't make their way back to the artists even if we accepted this "bargain".

Yeah you can't charge for it but still keep it illegal, otherwise the RIAA is just stealing money from us (taking our money but saying we're still not allowed to download).

If you own a home and pay property taxes, then you already ARE paying for services you didn't request.
