It's funny, you guys are forgetting a very important fact. The very fact that every one of us would be essentially paying a CD every month means that they could sit on their asses and STILL make the same amount of money as NOT sitting on their ass. So why would they spend their money if you're paying them regardless of their expenditures? Sounds like a free ride for the corp execs.
