I have BellSouth fiber running down my street, and I cannot get better than 1.5x256 broadband from AT&T. BTW, I live in one of the largest population counties in the state.

that are not getting it. I'm still waiting on 3M service (no dreams or hopes or waiting for 6M, or U-verse), but I'll stop soon.
Hands down, the crappy cable operator is doing so much better job at delivering HD video, higher speed broadband, and digital voice--and I'm not even advocating them!
