Ive been trying to get my install done for my internet and tv done since dec 17. It is now dec 22. Is there anyone that I could call other than the 888 number it tells you to call on the whatsnext page. First it was an issue with them trying to process the order as a new circuit and there's a ont already here from a previous roommate that had service. That resulted in two missed appointments and a trouble ticket. Internet line came live Saturday and they where supposed to call about getting the tv installed never did call. I called and was issued another trouble ticket. I just want to get the tv cable installed and the set top boxes. Is there anyway to speed up the process? |
