| Not too impressed with the Tivo HD Quality Sure it says "HD", but the netflix streamed HD videos aren't that great of quality. I didn't really see a difference between SD and "HD" streaming.

Raleigh, NC | I havent seen the HD through this particular box...but i beg to differ on what i've seen on the xbox360....the HD, while not bluray or hddvd, was quite good and certainly better than SD...from what I saw. The big drawback i had was the amount of HD content that was available. |

| I will agree that there is a large difference between HD and SD via the xbox.
One thing I will say, you have to get 3 bars during the BW test for the content to show "presented in HD". If you only get 2 (like I did before upgrading from a 4mb Comcast account) the quality is still SD and looks rather poor. |

I'm not sure you've seen HD streaming then since the difference between SD and HD is night and day. Yes, it's no where near Blu-Ray quality, but with a 3800 kbps that's to be expected.
That said, the TiVo does have a tendency to lock up completely when streaming Netflix and many videos don't play back correctly (audio/video out of synch, stutter, etc).
