I turned off the WHR-HP-G54 for several days due to my brother not being home and when I turned the router back on, I no longer can access the Tomato firmware w/ the ip address of 192.168.11.100. The router is working because I can get online with the access point with my wife's computer. I just accessed the Tomato firmware prior to turning the router off so I know the IP is correct.
