So If the isps get a check from the from the "AAs" what bullshit will they be able to use to raise the bill? Sorry I forgot they do not need a reason so is this going to be double dipping with us paying the tab twice once to buy music and dvds, and then to the isp to police the fact we buy them and just do not have any big compulsion to steal there crap?
