It sounds like you may have been shutdown for abuse reasons. Do you (did you) check your cox.net email because that is where any warnings would have been sent to. Of course, this is all a guess on my part. If you register with BBR, a Cox tech can look into your account and tell you what happened if you are still interested. -- Great success! High five!
