<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/783681"><b>zipjay</b></A> : one thing alot of people have failed to mention is what happens when some dumb guy has an open access point and people download on his connection.. or grandma has an open access point or what about a schools AP? starbucks APs, etc. etc... you cant sue those that don't own the connection ;)]]></description>
