It could be either the phone line, or a sudden problem with your inside wiring (connections getting wet or a bad filter), or it might be a problem with the modem.
Actually your DSL stats look very good, almost too good to suggest that your line is bad.
Before you call ATT, you should check your line stats again at your NID if you have a NID: »AT&T Southeast Forum FAQ »How to check modem stats, synch rates & speeds from test jack at the NID. . The reason I'm suggesting this is that you seem to have an upload speed problem. One way to have both upload and download speed problems is to have a bad microfilter, or an improperly installed microfilter, e.g. the DSL plugged into the wrong side of a two outlet port filter, or a filter plugged in a reversed direction. If you can't check at your NID, then check all your filters. |
