One thing people need to realize is that NOT EVERY server can accurately measure ALL speeds of internet. therefor; one test can show 15mb and another only up to 6mb. So when doing tests; do a variety. Also; while this is the norm I get; there are times of the day where it will fluctuate. Upload has almost always still been around 1mb. Download has been as slow as 9-10mb. As you can see, these are the farthest away, yet great ping and speed. Closer can be slower or higher pings.
