| [General] Upgrade online account info not recognized
Hi Does anyone know how I can up upgrade from pro to elite when the online link doesn't recognize your account details?
I am looking at my statement and they are all listed as I type in but it will not work.
I did the test to see if I can get Elite and that worked.
I had logged into my account page through another way but the last screen before accepting my order gave me an error.
The chat help line then linked me to another login page that as I mentioned aboved doesn't recognize either my email,zip or phone.
Any help would be appreciated,I can't call today as they are closed but was hoping to have this all figured out and done before going back to work tomorrow.
